- Calculate and display an estimated price for your cleaning service
- Send a quote summary to our team so we can follow up with you by phone, WhatsApp or email
- Contact you to confirm your booking or provide a personalised quote where required
We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
4. Where Your Information Is Stored
Your information is stored securely in a cloud database provided by Supabase (supabase.com). Supabase servers may be located outside Australia, including in the United States. We have implemented security controls (Row Level Security) to ensure your data cannot be read by unauthorised parties.
When you submit a quote request, a notification email is sent to our team via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email service. This email contains the details you submitted so we can respond to your enquiry promptly.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
Your quote request data is retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission to allow us to follow up on your enquiry and manage our booking history. After that period, data is deleted or anonymised unless a booking was confirmed, in which case we retain relevant records as required by law.
6. Your Rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or out-of-date information
- Request deletion of your information (where we are not required by law to retain it)
- Complain about how we handle your information
